Yao Jian Hong (played by Jeanette Aw)
The beautiful, aloof Yao Jian Hong is stubborn and determined, refusing to let hardships get in her way. She sells medicated ointment with her father, and works as a dancer to pay off her father's debts. She loves Lin Xiao Bei (Dai Yang Tian) and hopes for him to settle down, but due to circumstances, he is forced to leave her eventually.

Pregnant with Xiao Bei's baby, she marries Huang Zhi Hao (Elvin Ng).

漂亮冷傲，性格坚强，日子再苦也咬牙熬过去。没受什么教育，从小与父亲“打拳卖膏药”。为还父债，毅然去当舞女，清还债务后从灿烂归为平淡，变为卖鱼妹。爱小杯，希望他脚踏实地，但小杯最终却离她而去。
